I am driving a T3 wbx in Germany. Since a few months I vagabond through the swedish veteran-internet-sites. Because I am searching for a good familiy Volvo 240/245 Stationwagon I am writing here. Perhaps someone here can help me to find such a Volvo; owns one and want to sell or so. I prefer a early mostly original handshifted 245 with Stromberg carb or Turbo.
By the way I have a good 2,0l Typ1 Engine for sale; bid. Normally they are used and wasted in planes. Need a new camshaft because in planes they use very gentle shafts. Can be used to rebuild the historical tuning engine Öttinger TSV 2000. I'll decide to build up a veteran MC, so the Engine should be sold. Hammered out Counterweight crankshaft 78,4mm and rods, Mahle Pistons, Alu-Nikasil coated cylinders,..,..

The engine could be exchanged against a veteran MC (BMW, NSU, Svalan, Zündapp) with compensation.
